I just had to drop you a line to let you know how much I value your book. It is clear, concise and tells you exactly what you want
to know. Your CD of Checklists and Cheat Sheets are a great help to guide one through the more complicated aspects of Summation.
Being the "go to" person in our firm for Summation, the book has given me much needed guidance on how to approach firm protocol and standardization in our firm.
I have taken a number of your webinars through CT Summation and finding them very helpful, I knew your book would be a great asset.
Once again, thanks for being there for us paralegals. You have helped us better our profession.

Michelle brings tremendous knowledge, skills and experience to the table. She fills that gap between employees who use Summation on a day-to-day basis to review documents, and the I.T. staff who maintain Summation but are only exposed to Summation when there are complications. Michelle helps ensure that Summation not only works, but works well.

Since we've been working with Michelle (LMT), I feel we are finally out of the Summation "tunnel" and are traveling towards the goal of ultimately understanding all the workings of this litigation support software. Our office has worked with Summation for years in the 'dark' and we now have someone who understands the software and can match that understanding with our firm's objectives of better client service.

This is the best book on Case Planning and Workflow for iBlaze. The strength of the book is the structure of the table of contents by a Case Time Line, it mirrors how the legal industry thinks when using a legal software tool. Whenever a term is used, it is defined and broken down into the simple language topics. An example of this is the reference of the Case Organizer to a trial notebook, and the OcrBase notes as an electronic sticky note or writing pad. This is consistent through the book and it is very helpful for those who are non technical. The books strength stands on what it was written for and that is Case Workflow/Best Practices. iBlaze users can get training elsewhere and refer to Online help, but the users need a plan when setting up the case, and I think the book does a good job with that.

Hi, I participated in your webinar today (and the first part too). I don't usually write to the webinar presenters, but I wanted to let you know that your webinars on Transcripts were great and very informative. I have been using Summation for 7 years and I learned a lot in the webinars.
I am glad there was a way to fix the annoying problem re duplicate hits appearing within the same page. I used to export to Microsoft word and manually remove those pages before I gave them to the attorney for his review.
